This apartment was in a perfect location in Florence very close to the Santa Maria Novella station which made lugging suitcases easy! We were met in person at check in. And the proximity to everything we wanted to do in Florence was excellent. We had three people but could have tightly fit 4. I would recommend!

Great location, walking distance to many attractions and in the heart of shopping district. Check in was effortless and communications with owners regular and timely. We will definitely be repeat customers when visiting Florence.

The apartment is very close to the train station, but also walkable to other tourist spots. The place is very roomy and has fabulous airconditioning since the warm weather came early at the end of spring. It has full amenities and Vladimir was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome when we checked-in. Their support team is also great and responds quickly for any questions we ask or issues we find.

The place was in a great location, and perfect for our stay! The communication with host was excellent, and we had a great time. It is in a busy area, with some noise at night. It was ok for us but if you need it to be quiet overnight to sleep, you might have an issue.

Petit appartement très bien placé, a deux pas de la gare et du centre historique en commençant par Santa Maria Novella. Seule fausse noté, le lit canapé est clairement plus un canapé qu'un lit.

We had a great stay. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, only a few minutes walk to the train station. The pillows were terrible but that’s the only negative I could possibly bring up. The area is lively and exciting, the apartment comfortable and clean. I would stay here again (but I’d bring a pillow!)

Excellent property and location. Everything you need within walking distance and close to multiple transportation options (train station, tram to airport, bus route, etc). Very safe with double locking doors on front of building and in main stay area. Host was fantastic and very communicative. Gave several great recommendations as well. Will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

The large 2 room suite was very comfortable and clean. It has a washing machine and dishwasher to use. Being right on the street it was a little loud at night as people on the street talked loudly.

Central but not up to scratch

We spent five nights here and generally enjoyed our stay as it was so central. Unfortunately the TV was not working/ the iron kept tripping the system/ there was blood on the spare pillows/ none of the appliances worked in the kitchen area.

Veery comfortable place to stay. Convenient location. Communication prior to stay excellent. - could’ve been better during. Things to know - be sure to bring your own adapter, none available there but it’s good to have your own adapter for trains etc anyway.👍

Adoramos o apartamento, muito mais bonito e aconchegante do que parece pelas fotos. Próximo de vários restaurantes, lojas e cafeterias, também é perto da estação de trem e dos pontos turísticos, fizemos tudo a pé praticamente. Super seguro. O apartamento tem tudo o que precisa. Indicamos.

Wonderful location to see the amazing sites of Florence. Traffic noise in the morning is sometimes intense. Understandable considering you are in the heart of an urban area. Just mentioning it for people that may not want that type of situation. Overall, really enjoyed our stay. The marketplace a few blocks away has an incredible variety of fresh food. Don’t miss it.

Preis-Leistung top

WORST RENTAL EVER. Someone in this building was doing construction, we believe, between 10:45 pm and 6:15 am every night we were there. No sleep between the banging, crashing, stomping, laughing, singing and shouting. It got worse every night and we were there for three days. My white socks will never come clean from walking on the floor. The street sounds come into the unit as if the windows were wide open. Lights were burned out and some were broken. The sofa / hide a bed was also broken but we could at least sit on it. The toilet rocks back on forth in the mount to the floor. The TV is advertised as 32” and is actually 22” but we never turned it on. On the positive side: this apartment has a very unique personality. It is close to most of the things we wanted to see and places to eat in Florence.
