Fabulous room and really comfortable bed. Great view. There was loud music playing on the street (a club?) that kept me awake for a while, and the hotel is not within walking distance of any sights. Had to take a cab to the city center or to dine.

Good stay at Hilton Florence Metropole. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room a little in need of renovation (signs of wear and tear and mould around the bath area). Restaurant was fairly priced when considering you have to travel to go anywhere else too. Overall very good.

Just the perfect hotel for Florence

The hotel is lovely and the location is perfect if you have a car. The free shuttle works so well and the driver is so friendly too. We had a slight issue at the hotel but the manager Alejandro was so fantastic and understanding and went above and beyond to resolve it. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, really great value and lots of choice. Will definitely recommend all my friends and family to stay here. Can’t wait to return!

The hotel runs a reliable shuttle service to the nearest Tram station, which solves the problem of commuting to town center. The shuttle van drivers are excellent and punctual. Tran tickets are available for purchase from the reception. Optional breakfast is great and varied, and includes continental, Italian and English breakfast options.

I really wish that our bathroom door wasn't see through but other than that the stay was good. Our Hilton hotel driver, Giovanni was very helpful. He definitely made the stay more convenient. He was very nice, and even helped us make a reservation to a restaurant, which ended up being one of the best restaurants we've been to so far during our trip. He made the experience enjoyable.

Beds were clean and comfortable. I had the dinner special and it was not good but the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very courteous and helpful. My room did not have a hair dryer but everything else was there. I would stay here again.

The hotel staff was wonderful - from reception to concierge to cleaning staff. Hallway was very dirty upon exiting the elevator- all the way down to our hotel room. Doors and windows are thin so you hear everything outside and in the hallways .

Very nice, breakfast was good, shuttle to tram station was great. driver, the only philipino was the nicest person. If you have large luggage definitely need to take taxi. If to train station. Will cost you 30. To 40 euro not very nice. Take tram to Florence center and back without luggage anytime.
