We appreciate that we were able to check in early. The room was pretty nice. The only bummer was that the TV was not a smart TV so we ended up watching a lot of YouTube. But overall it was a nice property, good rate, and close to the airport.

Liked: we needed a taxi ride at 4:30 AM the next morning, we got it. Kudos to the cab driver he was courteous and the cost of the ride was reasonable. Staff members arranged the transportation. We did not stay long enough to enjoy the amenities, maybe next time.

The bathroom situation was ridiculous!! The sink was the size of a shoebox-with a shelf right above it to hit my head on.The door just passed the toilet, and I had to squeeze past the door to get into the shower.. somebody in management really should go up to room 230 and check this.

The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. I had arrived very early due to my transportation situation-they were able to find me a room when I arrived. I purchased the breakfast, which was very good! It held me over for my long day of travel. This is only 5 minutes from the airport- making this a very good and convenient experience

Hotel is basic. Very compact- ok for a over night stay but I wouldn't do a week. You have to be very close to the person you share with as space is very limited. No coffee or tea facilities in the room and the 24/7 coffee was only available to those having paid for breakfast as my friend was told when she went to get a coffee before her early flight home. Taxi fare from hotel to airport is far to expensive 50 euro - go to the tram station so much cheaper- 2euro and only one stop.

The shower and toilets were so cramped together that my knees were on the shower door when on the toilet. Water from the shower leaks under the shower door, and floods the floor area of bathroom. We were very careful with how we showered to minimize water on the floor. The bathroom floor is polished marble so very slippery when wet. Somebody is going to get hurt there if not already.
