We loved our stay at Hotel Domus Florentiae! The breakfast was amazing! We enjoyed it out on the balcony while watching the city wake up. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We wish we would have stayed here longer!

Breakfast was delicious as it included the typical pastries, fruits and natural juices. The staff was very friendly. However, the next door establishments were very loud. For the three nights we were there it was impossible to sleep in between the construction noise, loud music, loud conversations all night and early morning long. The room was cleaned and had everything we needed but unless you are traveling without kids and are here to party all night long this is probably not the best option for you.

This was a very nice hotel on a very difficult street. The staff and amenities were first rate but it was a challenge to roll my suitcase back and forth over the cobblestones and narrow street. The hotel was very convenient to the rail station. The staff and adjoining restaurant were first rate. I would stay here again if I were to come to Naples in the furture.

The location and the staff are wonderful. This is simply not a 4 star hotel. The staff (wonderful). The furnishings need a really good clean. Breakfast was great, sheets cleaned daily, however the curtains, chairs, couches desperately need cleaning or replacement.

Overall pleasant stay

Overall the stay is nice and pleasant as the staffs are very helpful and friendly. The down side is it is near to the streets so it can be noisy at night. The toilet flush sometimes does not work well due to water pressure.

good location, wonderful staff, need major repair

Giacomo, the staff at the reception is wonderful but this hotel needs major repair and renovation. The room is tiny and the design makes it very hard to use the toilet seat because there is no space. The waters in the shower drains really slow. The lobby is very dirty. There is sewage smell in the elevator and in the lobby area. The hair dryer also does not work. However the hotel is historical and the bedding is clean.

This is NOT a 4 start Hotel, it is far from it. The rooms are pretty rundown, the nightstands were falling a part, the shower door was extreme difficult to close, bedding was old and towels didnt smell good. The cherry on top was the broken AC which made very uncomfortable to sleep at night. Again, if this was marked and priced as 1-2start hotel i would understand. However, when you make a point to call it a 4 start there are expectations to be met and this place fails in every aspects of it. The only good thing is the location and the buffet staff was super nice. Front desk.was not very helpful to when we left either. Overall, i would never step a foot on this place.

Beautiful hotel in the center

The room was very small, it had one window with no view, no light, small TV, something in the bathroom was leaking, no ventilation (yes AC). The breakfast is not American, few options to eat in general and no vegan options. Staff was friendly.

We loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend staying here. Only 3 minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella Station. The hotel room was super clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. Salam was very kind and attentive.
