The property was in the perfect location for exploring the city. The air conditioning and room size were great. The man in charge is awesome as well. There are little amenities here and the stairs are daunting but otherwise it’s a great budget stay!

Our stay at this hotel was really lovely. Sadly we never got his name, but the guy at the front desk sat us down at the beginning of the trip and gave us advice about things to see and do in Florence. It was also really thoughtful that there was water left in our room everyday - most of the hotels we have stayed at in Italy haven’t done this. 100% would recommend this hotel!

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and it seemed to be recently remodeled. We arrived earlier than check in time and were able to leave our luggages. The room is about a 10 minute walk to the duomo. The area is quiet and still has a lot of restaurants/shopping around.

Loved our stay here! The location is amazing, walking distance to EVERYTHING. The staff is so incredible, helped us get our very heavy luggage up the stairs, provided a map and spent time with us marking out all the best places to go nearby. It is also a great value for the money, I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend. Very central location, very nice staff, and rooms are very modern and well maintained. If they had a laundry service it would have made it perfect. Note that there is a flight of stairs that you need to climb to get to the front desk and rooms, so if that is a problem you may want to consider something else. Otherwise don't you don't need to look further.

It was clean and lovely except we were on the top floor, 65 stairs was just to much. We were aware that there would be no lift avalialable but had no idea getting to and from our room would be that extreme especially carrying luggage. We were offered help upon arrival but upon departure reception was not open yet, so we were on our own.

Hotel reception was extremely helpful carrying my luggage up and down the stairs and directing me around the city. They were also very good to reply to emails. The room was quite small but all I needed. An extra blanket in the room is the only thing I would suggest for improvement. Thank you so much for providing me a safe and comfortable place to stay.

I had a pleasant stay at this very centrally located hotel. The location is definitely one of its best features—there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and stores just steps away, making it very convenient to get around and explore the area. The room itself was quite basic, but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. While it didn’t have many extras, it provided everything I needed.

Lovely and very clean room. The staff are there 8 am to 8 pm and very nice. The best part is that this is on a quiet street and only 15 min from just about everything. Fair warning, there is a steep flight of stairs to enter. The staff is there to help with your bags, but you need to be able to walk up these. The amenities are simple and just enough.

The room was very clean and given us a good amount of space, however the building had many stairs, 20 stairs from door to reception, again 22 stairs to your room, consider with heavy bags if you are staying for a short period or if you have knee problems.
