Staff was excellent throughout our stay. We decided to stay one additional night and even though they were very full they found a way to accommodate us at a lesser room level which was a great rate and still great room. Their mattress and pillows were first class. Breakfast everyday remarkable and delicious. Hotel is just down street from Duomo so easy to get around to main sites. Great job team Spadai

This is the only hotel you will need to use if in Florence down town. Amazing hotel, clean, modern, usb c , shower for 10 people, breakfast great, staff amazing. Location also best - right in the center, 2 mins walk from all attractions, but in a quiet street with less traffic. Simo e at the bar was great and accommodating- makes great drinks and was extra to the whole experience.

Loved this hotel! Highly recommend!! The location is amazing!! Beautiful rooms and nice bar area. Bathroom was spacious enough. Rooms overall are not huge but very comfortable! We had a great time in Florence and could not believe how walkable the city was given the hotels location!!

My husband and I traveled with our two teenage boys this summer, and we were so glad we chose to stay at Spadai. We stayed in two separate rooms since the family suite was not available, and the arrangement worked out very well for us. The location was excellent—perfect for exploring Florence on foot, and especially convenient during the heat wave because we could easily return to the hotel for short breaks throughout the day. The rooms were impeccable, the bathrooms were spacious and spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also really enjoyed the breakfast spread, which had something for everyone, including a large selection of cheeses, pastries, cakes, and cold cuts. I would absolutely stay at Spadai again if I return to Florence. I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful hotel!
