What a hidden gem! Perfectly situated to enjoy all of Florence, our stay here felt like we were visiting friends. Breakfast was amazing and our room was comfortable, clean and filled with beautiful antiques. Highly recommend this special place!

This is a really special hotel that I won’t forget. It had a home like feel and the staff were so helpful and kind. The breakfast was really lovely. The service felt very personalised being a boutique hotel which I really loved about it. It also has very beautiful antique interiors. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay 💓

We had a great stay here. Was able to check in early and they let us keep the room for the entire next day of our check out day because no one was in it. Staff was super helpful and welcoming. We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful stay. The location was incredible and made it so easy to explore Florence on foot. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had lots of character. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and we especially appreciated the complimentary drinks and the excellent breakfast each morning. We would absolutely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Sebastian, who was incredibly helpful and resourceful. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was absolutely spectacular, with great quality. What truly stands out is the service — the staff is unbelievably friendly and welcoming, on another level compared to most places. And the location… wow. I honestly can’t imagine a better spot to stay. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was superb! The staff was also superb! And the location was as well. However, it was Easter weekend and the party noise outside in the street was loud in the room and went on to the wee hours of the morning.

We had a great experience staying here! The location could not have been better, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were even more amazing. We asked to leave our bags so we could do more shopping and because they didn’t have new arrivals they let us keep the room at no extra charge!!! You will not regret staying here. We even made some new friends!!!
