The apartment is located on the second floor of a building dating back to the early '900s and can be reached by climbing 44 comfortable steps.
Bright and fully soundproofed, it boasts spacious parquet floor rooms around the central living room with colourful walls, a writing desk, a large flat-screen TV, a safe and free WI-FI all around. It sleeps up to 6 people and consists of a living room with a sofa bed and two double or twin-bedded rooms, each with its own bathroom (1 step), one with bathtub and the other one with shower-box.
Fully equipped kithcen with a full gas cooker, double sink, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. From the kitchen, one can also access a small terrace where the washing machine is located and where it is allowed to smoke (the inside of the apartment is strictly for non smokers).

As already mentioned, Paolo and Carlotta's main feature lies in its location, right at the meeting point of the old town centre and Florence Ring Road avenues, in a very quiet street, halfway between two beautiful tree-lined parks (Independence Square and Fortezza da Basso), where one can enjoy some relaxing time or a little stroll, maybe after a long day spent in visiting Florence's beauties.
At the same time, just a few minutes away you will find several restaurants and pizzerias, as well as pubs and bars to enjoy a drink and/or some nightlife, to make the most of the Florentine experience. The Central Market, too, is close by, with its vast food and wine selection to choose from.
