Studio located on the second floor, in a typical historic building a few steps from Piazza Santa Croce. The apartment is equipped with a double bed, and a bathroom.You will find everything you need for a good awakening: a kettle, a fridge, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, smart TV and free WI-FI.The apartment is located in a limited traffic area so we suggest and recommended, if you reach Florence by car, to book parking in a local garage. The building does not have a lift and is therefore not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.According to Decree n°383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours daily.
