Amazing location! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, and they gave us great recommendations on where to eat and places to visit. They were always happy to help and made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Florence!

Great staff, very helpful and polite. The room size exceeded our expectations especially compared to most other stays in Europe which can be quite small. It was clean and comfortable and even came with a small welcome token which they are not obliged to do but a lovely gesture!

I just checked in, and instantly feel compelled to write a glowing endorsement for PopArtment. During a week around Italy with a different hotel every night, this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at yet. The room & bathroom is enormous, clean, you have your own kitchenette as well. And not only is it big, it feels good and updated, not a sketchy run down place like a lot of older European hotels can be like. Very friendly and helpful staff. The air conditioning is ice cold which is crucial in the blistering summer heat. It’s a 15 min walk from the train. Oh, and most important, is that the price was fantastic! $100 a night. Amazing value for the money. Yes the Ritz or Four Seasons may be nicer, but they’re also 5x + more expensive. For the price point PopArtment seriously cannot be beat anywhere in the world

Extremely disappointing experience. Terrible customer service and no assistance when we needed it most. I would never stay at PopArtment again, especially when traveling with children. Beyond the attractive apartments, the customer service is absolutely terrible. Staff are dismissive, respond rudely, and show a complete lack of accountability. We lost our keycard and called their advertised 24/7 assistance number repeatedly, but nobody answered for over 10 hours. We had to spend the night crowded into another room with two small children. Management refused to acknowledge their failure or offer compensation, repeatedly using the excuse that they are an apartment complex, not a hotel. However, we have stayed at similar apartment-style accommodations with excellent service, so this is no justification for such poor treatment. They even suggested that because we booked through a third party, we should take our complaint elsewhere. Breakfast was extremely basic, several services came with extra charges, and personal belongings went missing after our rushed departure without being recovered. Nice facilities mean nothing when guests are treated so poorly. Terrible service, zero accountability, and no genuine concern for guests. I would never recommend this property.
