Excellent place. Very large and had great AC. Bathroom had a large shower. The only issue was the AC unit was leaking and there was mold on the wall near it, but they immediately took care of it. Staff was great! Excellent location. Steps away from the David statue. Very safe! Would highly recommend.

Best location, very clean, large accommodations, AC worked very well. It had a small kitchenette. There is plenty of hot water. The manager is very polite, courteous and helpful with arranging for an airport taxi. This will be my accommodation of choice when visiting Florence.

I would rebook this hotel again with thinking. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location cannot be beat. The only area I could say could be better is AC. It was very hot out and the AC never truly cooled the room the way I would have liked.

Florence was my favorite city during my trip to Italy, and this hotel made the stay even better. The location is excellent—every major attraction is within walking distance. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. At first, the hotel felt a little more like a guesthouse than a traditional hotel, but it turned out to be an excellent stay. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.
