Our stay here was great! We stopped for a quick overnight to break up our drive and the location was perfect. There is lots of shopping and food near by. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast has a great selection with extremely friendly staff.

Room was very close to elevator but did not hear it. Door to room was hard to open and close it seems as if the door was swollen or maybe out of line but had to use force to open and close. The breakfast staff was excellent. Especially Cynthia. Very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The room was comfortable and well equipped for disabled guests. The falldown of the experience was the desk staff at check-in and checkout. One of the breakfast staff was doing double duty at the desk briefly and she was friendly and helpful, but the rest of the desk people seemed surly and uncommunicative. Did not know there was a $75 pet fee until checkout. Summary: nice convenient comfortable property, breakfast good, but you need some serious customer care training for desk staff.

Really nice place to stay during the trip. The room is spacious and clean. Very friendly staff. The only thing what is not great - is outdated furniture- we had broken vanity cabinet in the bathroom, but other than that - we had no complaints. We definitely will use this place again

My kids and I stayed for two nights. We felt safe and comfortable. The women who were working at the hotel were the most polite and accommodating I have experienced at a hotel. The ladies at the breakfast area were amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The whole visit was one of our best. Thank you ladies
