Wonderful host

The host was so amazing! He helped us navigate the city and made sure we were all comfortable! It was a beautiful place to stay with very comfortable beds. The major sites were all really close, we walked to most places.

A bit out of the activity of Florence but very walkable, 20 mins from Ponte Vecchio. This was a huge, comfortable apartment with multiple balconies. The beds are a bit uncomfortable but overall one of the best apartments we have stayed in during our trip to Italy. Filippo is the host and very friendly and communicates clearly and often. He makes many suggestions which help for first time travelers. Def recommend

Girls trip

This vrbo was really nice and exactly like the pictures, there was plenty of space for the 10 of us. The host shared plenty of information, the check in process was a little long but easy to do. Overall definitely recommend staying here!

Magnificent Florence

What a gem! I can't recommend this property enough. Filippo is amazin resource for all your travel needs. There is a cafe, supermarket, restaurants and bus stops just steps from the front door. The apartment contains everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great Stay

Residenza Otlrarno is very spacious and well-appointed. We had no problems walking to restaurants, cafes, and the historic center. Uber also was available. Fillipo was extremely helpful! Grazie!

Friendly Welcome

A large apartment close to all attractions and good restaurants. Convenient to public transportation and supermarket. Our host provided a late check in and lots of information!!! Definitely recommend this property

A spectacular property in a less crowded neighborhood but an easy walk to central Florence.

Our host Filippo was so responsive on internet before our trip and sorted any problems and requests we had. He gave us a thorough orientation to the apartment and filled a local map with key info. The apartment is in a lovely older building across from a small park and within short walk of good food and large supermarket. Iris about a 25 minute walk along the Arno River to the Centre of old Florence Can’t say enough good things about this place.Tim and Irene

Homey and comfortable

A feeling of neighborhood in busy Florence, we were delighted with our stay. The location was a 20-30 minute walk or taxi ride to all sights, with a convenient grocery store right down the street.

Bravissimo!!!

We had the privilege of staying a week in Frienze region, in Florence. Location was perfect! Excellent access to roads, grocery, cafe, busses, and restaurants. Had a wonderful time all four of us. Very relaxing and great kitchen! Was like a home away from home.

Charming Property & Fabulous Host

I highly recommend considering this spacious, charming apartment if you’re visiting Venice. The apartment is absolutely huge and could easily accommodate a large family or group traveling together. There are several great restaurants close by, a great little café just across the street, and easy access to public transportation. Filippo is an amazing host and can give you so many suggestions about what to see and do.

Wonderful Apartment in Florence

The PERFECT place to access Florence!

Just a wonderful experience all around. The apartment was perfect in every way - lots of room, very well equipped and quiet. Fillipo, the host and owner, was WONDERFUL! He provided lots of info about the apartment and Florence. He also sent many messages with even more information. Greatly appreciated!! An excellent market is across the street. Cozy Stay

I stayed here with my family and we each had our own space with a lot of room to get ready for the day. The terraces/balconies are beautiful and a great place to have your coffee or read a book. It helped that the city center was not a far walk either. Filippo was great with check-in, and made sure we had an itinerary for our week stay. We would come back again!!

Very nice and spacious appartment

Spectacular

Wonderful property and location. It is located just over the bridge away from the middle of town and noise, but within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, and, of course, the museums and shopping. Our property manager Filippo was great and so helpful. The property was just as advertised, lots of room and two lovely balconies. We would definitely come back to stay next time we come to Florence.

Large family trip

Loved this apartment. Plenty of space for our family of 10. Host was very helpful. The only downfall was the distance to the main attractions. With young kids, it was a long walk. Taxi's and Uber's are either hard to find or expensive. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is exactly as listed and is in the old neighborhood, quiet beighbirhood with tram and bus routes are right outside the door. Filippo is absolutely wonderful. He provides an informative checkin and can answer any of your questions. Property extremely clean, kitchen well stocked. Would definitely staff again.

Everything you could ask for on a vacation staying at home. Filo and I communicated previous to our vacation on “WhatsApp” he was so very helpful.
