We stayed 12 nights. The location is ideal. From there you can walk 30 minutes in every direction and cover the entire old city. You will climb many stairs visiting Florence and this unit is no exception. It is about 80 steps for the apartment and over 100 to the rooftop terrace. Something to consider if you are traveling with elderly friends or family and when packing.

Had an amazing stay in this three bedroom apartment/loft in Florence. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms with a great view from the terrace. Can’t beat the location! Would stay here again

Nice local

Great place with very nice finishes. Good location. Be ready to carry luggage up some stairs, but worth it once you are there. Nice amenities and we enjoyed the balcony every day. Would stay again.

Amazing Apartment in the heart of Florence!

We had the most wonderful time in this three bedroom apartment just steps away from the Ufizzi, the Palazzo Vecchio and the Piazza della Signoria. Staying in this modern, professionally decorated,pristine apartment was like stepping into the pages of architectural digest. It is well worth climbing the stairs to the third floor.Emiliano was outstanding to work with. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well appointed, not to mention there lots of hot water in the modern showers.We enjoyed Aperol Spritzes on the private rooftop terrace overlooking the Palazzo Vecchio!If you need three bedrooms and you're staying in Florence, I can't recommend this enough!

AMAZING!

Great location! Such a beautiful apartment. Beds were so comfortable. The outdoor patio had the best views! Can’t say enough about the host — he was really nice, super communicative and helpful. Only thing I would say is if you have trouble with stairs, there are 80 to get to the flat … just an fyi. We didn’t mind at all! (Plus it was a nice way to burn off some pizza and pasta calories!). 100% recommend!!!

Beautiful, clean property in excellent location.

We spent 3 nights in this apartment that is walkable to all of the major sites in Florence. It is directly across the street from an iconic sandwich shop and on the same block as well-known Gelateria Del Niri. The rooftop patio is a wonderful place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail with tremendous views in every direction. The only negative to the property is that you must climb 80 steps. There is no elevator. While this was not a problem for us, It is rather difficult if you have a lot of luggage and/or small children or elderly people in your group.

We had a fabulous time! The location of this apartment is central to everything. It is close to every place we wanted to eat. Emiliano was a joy to work with. The apartment is in the north side of the Arno but within a few minutes of the south side.

Terrace apartment in the heart of Florence

Very modern and beautiful apartment one block away from the square where the fake David stands. The apartment is well furnished. Kitchen is well stocked; beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are great. Overall, this is a fantastic place. The rooftop terrace is a plus. Just note that because it has a rooftop terrace. You’re on the third floor and required to take the steps because there is not a lift. Recommend packing with smaller bags so they’re easier to carry up. Great communication with host, who met us to give us an introduction to the unit. Two bedrooms with large beds and one with 2 twins,

Great apartment!

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is centrally located, easy walking distance to all of the historic sites and the center of the city. The rooftop terrace was beautiful. Our 2 daughters each had their own bedroom and shared a bathroom on the 2nd floor, while we had bedroom and bathorrom on the 1st floor. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment!

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful apartment. So many modern conveniences as well as modern design. The beds were comfortable, the closets were huge and the roof terrace made the entire experience once in a lifetime. Only negative is that there is no elevator and quite a bit of stairs but after all the food we ate on this vacation, the exercise was needed anyway! We would stay here again for sure!

Emiliano was very responsive to our communications, met us at the front door when we agreed and was very helpful to get us situated in this wonderfully located apartment. Amazing Experience

My family loved our stay at the Signoria Palace. If you want modern luxury with comfortable beds this is for you. As with many older buildings in Florence there are many steps inside to reach the third floor. There is no lift but the wonderful apartment is worth the climb!!!

Lovely apartment, very clean and modern, with air conditioning! Beds super comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Location was in a great location, 5 min. walk to square and so much to see withing 10 min. walk. Pizza place just below the apartment on the corner was great to fuel us up for the afternoon. Beautifully appointed apartment with a fabulous rooftop terrace

This apartment is exactly as advertised. It’s in a great location right by the Uffizi museum with tons of shops and places to eat nearby. The inside of the apartment is just as nice as the pictures show if not nicer. The owners of this unit obviously take pride in their home. I will definitely pass along this place to friends who I know are visiting Italy soon.

Would definitely recommend this apartment in Florence. Centrally located to everything but surprisingly quiet on the third floor. The apartment was immaculate and so beautiful and equipped with everything you could need. And the rooftop terrace was amazing . We spent a lot of time there drinking wine and enjoying the amazing views. Emiliano was so nice and communicated with us whenever we had a question. Just a perfect stay!

Amazing apartment and location

The apartment was perfect and exactly as described, spacious and open living and kitchen area and bedrooms. Everything was updated and lovely. We loved the rooftop terrace and the location was absolutely perfect. The host was an excellent communicator and very friendly. We also used his recommended company for driving day trip tours and they were excellent as well. There were quite a few stairs both to get to the apartment and within (so keep that in mind if you are affected), but it wasn't a problem for us.

It doesn't get any better

First - the owner was such a good communicator before and during our stay. He was prompt and very helpful with recommendations and introductions to local services that we requested. He met us to check us in and walk us through the apartment, its layout and features. The apartment is simply fantastic. It is as presented in the pictures. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The rooftop terrace is such a bonus! The location couldn't be better to access everything. This immediately felt like home away from home. We'll be back! Thank you!
