Check in was a horrible experience. I paid in advance for my stay through Expedia. However when I checked in my credit card was charged again for an additional stay, although the charges was only supposed to be for incidentals. There was no management available the entire weekend. The desk clerk could not refund my money even though she acknowledged her mistake. Also, I was advised to contact Choice hotels and on both interactions I was rudely hung up on mid sentence by the phone representative. The rooms were dirty and in one of my rooms the bathroom was flooded. The other room one bed had hair in it and the sheets looked slept on, dirty toilets, found cut toenail clippings on the floor. The continental breakfast was a joke. They only had muffins ,dry cereal, and bagels. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this property.

The property was undergoing a name and ownership change so what we requested in the notes having pull out couch as pictured was absolutely necessary and if not let me know before check in. After checking in stated they no longer had pull outs with the current takeover, just a big empty spot in half the room.

The first room we were assigned had not been flipped and the second room didn’t have fresh towels. The floor was very dirty and sandy. There were renovations going on, which we’ve experienced at other hotels, but they were repainting the carport and I got locked out of the hotel because there were not other ways in. The staff were helpful and apologetic, but the disorganization and lack of cleanliness was a big disappointment.

Room wasn’t adequately cleaned. Counters sticky. Old towels left in shower rolled up by shampoo and conditioner. No where to park. Too much construction going on. Over sold Rooms People waiting at 1 am Supposedly given rooms with occupants in it. Not a big fan. Bed was comfy Breakfast fine. But too many other strikes against it. Price was fair.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. We arrived around 12:10 am to be told that they had been overbooked since the day before. We had already drove 6 hours with our 8 year old daughter. Not one time did the clerk nor the manager who had to come from home in the middle of the night apologize. Not only did this happen to us but there were 4 others as well. They were also giving out keys to rooms that were already occupied. I have never been so appalled by an experience in my entire life.

I booked to have a room with 2 beds. When i checked in they gave me a room qith 1 bed. The tv didnt have any channels. We had to program it ourselves to get the channels because the woman at the front desk said "i dont know what to tell you". The whole building was under contstruction. There wasnt any brekafast or anything really that the pictures described. Our check out was 12pm but when 10am came around the housekeeper was banging on the door repeatedly very loudly. Ended up waking up my newborn and the after we said in here they still unlocked and opened the door.

The staff makes you feel welcome. Large variety of breakfast items. The hotel is right off I-95 and there are a few restaurants in the area. We stay at this hotel whenever we travel to FL; it's the halfway point.
