The staff was Friendly.The room and the property was nice and clean. The kids enjoyed themselves at the indoor pool,while I enjoyed a quick workout in the gym next to the pool.My only gripe is that,the sink by the bathroom had a slow drain.I loved the location of the property also,near the Mall and restaurants.I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Friday night staff was non-existent. One poor woman was left to take care of the entire hotel. Dirty sheets, broken shower head, running toilet, long lines- Horrible experience. The one woman at the desk did the best she could (not her fault), but extremely disappointed for the price and service. Would not return.

The ‘multiple bed suite’ (with a picture featuring 2 queen size beds) that we booked appears to be a king bed and a sofa bed. After spending 60 minutes on the chat with the agent we couldn’t get the resolution and the hotel stuff was not helpful either. Microwave and the door locks were not working properly. I don’t think this experience worth it costs.

We arrived at 10 pm at night after driving since 9 am. The front desk attendance was very nice but immediately told us we must have made our reservations in the last hour or so (we had made it 4 hours earlier). We were informed that Expedia had "double-booked" our room and there was no room available for us, and that there were no rooms available in any hotel in the whole area, but that we could try driving 45 minutes south and we might find something. We were too tired to drive further so I imagined sleeping in the car in the parking lot! When I searched online there was one hotel with rooms available in Florence, so we stayed there for the night, even though rooms were $100 more expensive.

Stayed 3 nights, the swimming pool water was very cold. When I made reservations I was told by and employee at this hotel the pool was warm and open for swimming. It was not warm at all. They were short on towels and wash cloths. Was very hard to get them daily. Will not stay here again

I booked with Expedia a month ahead of time and because the hotel overbooked, they cancelled my reservation and lied to me, saying Expedia cancelled it. The manager on duty 4/4/26 about 6pm also lied to me and then would not come back out to speak with me after I talked to Expedia. A nightmare for my grandkids Spring Break vacation

Lovedddd the set up of the room! Staff were friendly, rooms were spotless. Pool was freezing & I wish they had a hot tub. Also, you basically have to make your own breakfast - didn’t enjoy that part.
