The studio apartment "all'Accademia" is an accommodation of about 45 square meters on the ground floor of an ancient building located in the historic center of Florence in front of the Galleria dell'Accademia.
The characteristic studio apartment located in a strategic position to discover one of the most beautiful cities in the world can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people. It is an open space, finished with a wooden floor, used as a sleeping and living area with a loft double bed, and a single or double sofa / bed (depending on the needs) located in the living area, with a separate kitchen area and a small bathroom both finished with terracotta flooring.
The open space is a relaxing living area with TV and dining area furnished with care. The kitchen corner is equipped with a 4-burner gas cooker, electric oven, fridge and freezer compartment, pots, pans, crockery, mocha, dish towels and table cloth. The bathroom consists of shower cabin, sink and toilet. It is also equipped with pocket WiFi, heating (the activation period allowed for heating systems as per the regulations is from November 1st to April 15th, outside the permitted period the heating can be activated only in the presence of climatic situations that justify the 'use), hair dryer, towels and bed linen.
Before and during your stay in Florence, we will always be available. Communication and assistance are among the most important things for those who are on vacation in a city that does not know well.
On foot you can reach all the most important and characteristic attractions of the city.
My accommodation is close to:
- Museum of the Accademia Gallery (Michelangelo's David Museum): in front;
- Piazza del Duomo 450 meters;
- Piazza della Signoria and Uffizi Gallery 850 meters
- Ponte Vecchio 1100 meters
- Palazzo Pitti 1500 meters
It is also 1 km from Santa Maria Novella Station, reachable on foot in less than 15 minutes.
The apartment is located in the pedestrian area of the historic center. Access to non-resident cars is prohibited. Parking is only allowed in the garage for a fee. If you choose the center of Florence and don't want to give up the car, you will have to charge a parking fee, in a private garage, ranging from € 35 to € 50, depends on the type of car.
