Sauberkeit: Wir hatten 4 Tage Zimmer Service, die Betten wurden gemacht, der MĆ¼lleimer geleert. Der offensichtlich schmutzige Duschvorleger nie gewechselt. Durchgefegt wurde nicht. Parken: die Mitarbeiter des Parkservice waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein paar ParkplƤtze am Hotel und einen weiteren Parkplatz auf einer FlƤche gegenĆ¼ber.der Schrank ( meist unverschlossen) im dem die AutoschlĆ¼ssel aufbewahrt werden, befindet sich in Zu-/Ausgang des Treppenhauses und ist nicht aufgrund einer TĆ¼r nicht unter dauerhafter Beobachtung, was ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Zimmer: das Zimmer verfĆ¼gte Ć¼ber 2 Betten, einen Stuhl, Schreibtisch, KĆ¼hlschrank mit minibar, etwas zum Kleider aufhƤngen, etwas AblageflƤche und einen Safe, nichtregulierbare Klimaanlage. 1 Miniabfalleimer. Die bereitgestellten Decken, der Verpackung nach wohl direkt aus der Reinigung, stanken bestialisch nach einer Mischung aus ButtersƤure und nassen Hund. Fenster zur StraƟe hinaus. LƤrmpegel auch im Haus selbst hoch. Die elektronischen SchlĆ¼sselkarten funktionierten teilweise nur 2 Tage. Sicherheit: Am 24. Dezember wurde uns aus unserem Zimmer wƤhrend wir zum FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck waren 100 Euro gestohlen. Die Abhandlung des Ganzen erfolgte von oben herab, ohne hilfreich zu sein oder auch nur ein Wort des Bedauerns auszudrĆ¼cken. Zwischen dem 31.12 und 1.1. ging einer der AufzĆ¼ge kaputt. Bis zum Morgen des 2.1.2026 war dem Anschein nach keine Reparatur mƶglich.

Por algum motivo, apĆ³s minha primeira noite (fiquei 2), o hotel perdeu meu registro e nĆ£o realizaram a limpeza do quarto, reposiĆ§Ć£o de toalhas e frigobar. Nunca havia acontecido, jĆ” fiquei diversas vezes nesse hotel, porĆ©m ocorreu e foi desagradĆ”vel. Me ligaram Ć s 19:30 perguntando meu nome e somente depois disso localizaram minha reserva q jĆ” estava em andamento. Um Ć³timo hotel. Fiquei apenas uma noite, mas foi suficiente para avaliar positivamente. CafĆ© da manhĆ£ muito variado e gostoso. Achei fantĆ”stico o hotel ter entrada interna prĆ³pria para o shopping Via Catarina (que tambĆ©m possui um supermercado dentro). Em frente tambĆ©m hĆ” farmĆ”cia (nĆ£o sei se 24h).
