The hotel is well located, with a nice view of the yacht pier, the city’s main bridge and the skyline. The breakfast was good, and the reception staff were welcoming and informative, but unfortunately the bedroom was very dirty, with hairs and broken glass pieces on the beds and floor (we took pictures). We’ve requested them to get it cleaned up properly, but all they did was remove the broken glasses pieces from the bed, not even changed the dirty bed linen, and so this was highly disappointing. Eventually we had to change rooms, and requested a discount for the inconvenience and the health & safety hazard, but that was not actioned.

Great hotel, reasonable prices. The rates become higher in high season but not as bad as other places. Super convinent to the yatch club. Parking is expensive. It is clean and they serve a decent breakfast.

It was my worst hotel experience ever. Air conditioner not working, bug wings (and the bugs itself) all over the place. Room not suitable for more than one person. We just stayed there because we had a very late check-in (almost 2 am dua a late flighty), but definitely, if we had gotten there early we would not stay. The only positive experience was the clerk, very friendly.

We arrived at hotel and had to log into an app asking more than 20 questions, passport and all other information. Unnecessary for travelers arriving with more important things to get to. Many questions are related to addresses which are not accepted in the Portuguese language, help from desk required. Why, the hotel should fill in the blanks, and request help when necessary from the guest. Then, the big one: We requested and paid more for a room with a jacuzzi, but found out there was no hot water except at the bidet… no thank you. Site should make sure rooms are suitable before selling them. In the morning, still no hot water, cold raise off was the solution for flights the following day. Needs management supervision. Thanks.

Não foi legal pois o ar condicionado não funcionou depois de várias tentativas de solução. Até nos foi oferecida a possibilidade de troca do quarto como última opção depois do problema não ser solucionado, mas como já era tarde da noite, o cansaço já havia se intalado e no dia seguinte teria que acordar por volta das 04:00 h da manhã já que iria correr os 5 Km da Maratona de Florianópolis já chateado pra caramba e uma vez que teria que arrumar e juntar tudo de novo para colocar na mala e etc... e sem estrutura e cabeça e já extremamente cansados e com fome , eu resolvi permanecer com a minha esposa no quarto sem ar condicionado a ter que arrumar tudo de novo, pegar elevador, ir para outro andar onde seríamos realocados para começar tudo de novo. A paciência esgotou !!!

Péssimo Custo Benefício

Já na chegada ao hotel uma péssima experiência. Recepcionista extremamente antipático. Ao chegar ao quarto, quarto mal cuidado. Pé de uma das camas de solteiro quebrada, banheiro mal conservado, mobiliário no geral mal conservado. No dia seguinte, café da manhã péssimo. Constava que o horário era até às 10h, chegamos às 9h15 e não houve reposição de diversos itens tais como manteiga, pão francês, pão de queijo. No check out mais uma vez recepcionistas antipáticos, como se estivessem fazendo um favor em atender. Na saída a última surpresa. Cobraram um custo de R$ 35,00 para meu carro ficar estacionado na calçada externa do hotel, sem qualquer cuidado. Péssimo Custo benefício. Pagamos um total de R$ 765,00 (R$ 730 da diária + R$ 35 do estacionamento) para uma hospedagem de um hotel mediano para fraco. Uma pena, pois o local onde está o hotel é belíssimo, a vista do quarto é belíssima, mas precisa melhorar muito para cobrarem o preço que é cobrado. Já ficamos em inúmeros hotéis na cidade, mas nesse não retornaremos mais.
