Florida City Hotel with Pool

"Room was in very good condition. Appears to have had some refresh and renovation."

"Roaches inside rooms invading the place. There's mold on the walls. It smells like Marijuana. Some lights don't work. You can't hear the TV so you could literally only watch it. There's stains on the furniture and it was most definitely the most uncomfortable, dirty, and unpleasant experience I've had staying in a hotel. The front desk was rude. I'm just done with this place. Will never return or recommend to anyone."

"The property outside was very rundown. The inside had been updated. The breakfast was very basic but still nice to have. There was not enough parking so we had to park quite a ways from our room. "

"Breakfast and the Bars were excellent. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Room was a great size and view was wonderful. Parking seemed limited/insufficient for number of guests. I would have given an excellent all the way around, except the price was 20% higher compared to pricing of a similar hotel we stayed at in Key West."

"Just realize that this hotel has exterior room doors, and if your room is near the pool, you may have a flock of geese land on the pool at 5:45am and wake you up with incessant honking. So, request a room farther from the pool if you can."

"Probably best bang for the buck hotel in the past 20 years. For a very reasonable fee, you get a clean room with modern amenities, a helpful staff and convenient easy access to fuel and food. Several times, I saw a staff member drive by in a golf cart checking the parking lot. Unusually good experience only slightly spoiled by a slightly dirty shower -- but the rest of the place was great! Better than other places I have stayed at substantially more $."
