This fully detached villa offers a safe and secure parking space on private property, ensuring peace of mind during your stay. Situated in a tranquil urbanization, Admirada provides a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Although the beach is a short 13,000 meters away, the villa's location on street level ensures easy access. The entrance, located on the first floor, is reached via short stairs, making it convenient for guests.Features of Admirada
Admirada boasts a private swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and leisure. The villa's interior is designed in a Spanish yet practical style, offering a light and pleasant atmosphere. With a built surface of 200 m2 set on a 720 m2 plot, the villa offers ample space for comfort and enjoyment.Accommodation Details
The villa is spread across two floors, providing ample space for multiple families. The first floor features a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. On the second floor, guests will find an additional three bedrooms and one bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the green mountains from Admirada, and relax in the beautifully designed garden. The swimming pool is located at the front side of the villa, accessible through the terrace, offering a perfect spot for sunbathing and swimming.
This holiday residence is ideal for several families, thanks to its spacious layout and personal space. Experience the tranquility and charm of Admirada, your perfect getaway destination.

could not use the pool

unmaintained!!!!! we could not use the pool for the first 3days of a week holiday. We will never use clubvillamar as they use local agent without a hand over, or pre-inspection it seems. The dogs over the road never stop barking.
