The room had a bad odor and the front desk graciously switched our room. From now on I will not reserve a room where pets are allowed. It was a very strange smell. After breakfast when we arrived back to our room there was that odor coming from the second room. Not as bad as the first room, but an odor nevertheless. Too bad. It’s a nice property with beautiful floors

La struttura ha un certo fascino; se devo essere del tutto onesto, da l’idea di qualcosa un tempo grandioso e lussuoso, adesso un po’ decaduto ma comunque ancora di ottimo livello. Un esempio? La struttura nel suo complesso è bella (un palazzo signorile d’epoca con delle ali laterali moderne ed attigua chiesetta; giardino, parcheggio ecc…), si parcheggia bene e la colazione è eccellente (per non dire del personale squisito). Però poi entri in stanza (noi eravamo nella 409) e, nonostante un mobilio molto bello, letti comodi, frigorifero ed eccellente tv (posizionata bene) poi in bagno trovi il piatto della doccia spaccato e risigillato, le ante sfondate ed il calcare che ha mangiato gli interstizi. Poi nei corridoi o in ascensore la moquette è lisa. In sala colazione gli stucchi sono mangiati da umidità ed infiltrazioni. Però se penso al rapporto qualità/prezzo straordinario (anzi, tendente al regalato proprio…) non posso dire nulla. Credo torneremo (per motivi familiari andiamo ad Ascoli Piceno minimo ogni sei mesi!).

Bon rapport qualité prix

Hôtel dans un cadre bucolique avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. Le lit était confortable et nous avons bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner buffet était très bien. En revanche, quelques rénovations seraient bienvenues : moquette et tapis défraîchis, salle de bains à rafraîchir (joints de douche, lunette WC, poignée de porte). Avec ces améliorations, l’expérience serait excellente.

Mi è piaciuta l' ubicazione della villa in collina alle porte di Ascoli Piceno. Comodo e utile il parcheggio interno gratuito, la hall è accogliente e elegante, il personale è professionale. Molte perplessità sulla camera assegnata: vecchia anni '60, non curata nei dettagli, non pulita adeguatamente (infissi sporchi, pulsanti luci sporchi, terrazzino improponibile), bagno funzionale ma di stampo old style. La camera non risulta piacevole, non all'altezza delle aspettative e rispetto al contesto.

Delusione

Un po' ingenerale la manutenzione è trascurato. Le borchie che macano ai rubinetti, luce che non si accende nel corridoio (davanti all'armadio), la porta della camera che striscia contro il pavimento ed è difficile da chiudere. Pulizia cha lascia desiderare sia nella camera sia nella parte comune. Lo spazio per parcheggiare scarseggia e al rientro dopo cena non trovi posto. Sul lenziolo c'erano granelli bianchi (non ho capito cosa fosse) che davano fastidio sulla pelle. Riscaldamente non regolabile dalla camera. Colazione piuttosto scarsa di qualità e di varietà.

Villa Pigna est situé à Folignano à quelques minutes d'Ascoli Piceno et Aquasante. L'hôtel offre tout le confort nécessaire d'une Villa, préservant le décor Liberty datant de 1976. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est généreux et convenable en tout respect de la culture Italienne. Le restaurant offre un menu varié et savoureux.

L'Hotel è ottimo, come il ristorante al suo interno con ampia scelta di carne e pesce e ottimi vini. Purtroppo l'unica pecca è stata la temperatura interna della camera pari a un forno crematorio, che il personale, pur gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, non è riuscito a sistemare.
