Property is smack in the niddle of all the best stuff in folly beach. Short walk to any bars/eateries and berts market.

Great location, behind restaurants and shopping. Everything is 2 to 5 minutes walking time including the beach.

Overall good

A bit overpriced for the overall condition and during the off season. Your view is the roof of a restaurant and all the mechanical fans and coolers. It was clean and has everything you need to have a good stay. Close to the beach and touristy shops. The room was surprisingly quiet for the location.

Great location

Great small place if you want to be close to Folly nightlife. It’s a little loud on weekend nights but it didn’t bother us. Place was clean. There’s no coffee provided so bring your own!

Cute apartment in a great location

We enjoyed our stay on Folly Beach. Clean, comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a great time. Parking is a little tight and Taco Boy next door is pretty loud but otherwise everything was very good. Management company is responsive and easy to work with- good instructions for checking in. Close to the beach and surrounded by a number of good restaurants. Fun place to stay. Definitely would recommend.

Great area to stay at the beach

Great tiny/cozy place near the beach. Parking is a little tight with just one allowed parking, but plenty of public parking with fees. Average parking fee $20 a day

We enjoyed our stay. We were close to the beach, hops, restaurants, night life. The only drawback was we were near to the bars, and the sound got old at night. Bu tit was worth it to be able to go downstairs and be right there.

Folly Beach

Great location. You have to be ok with the fact that the property is in the center of town, and you are right behind a busy restaurant and rooftop bar (Snapper Jacks), so things can get a little noisy. We had no problem sleeping well and we loved being so close to the beach and everything, Folly Beach has to offer.

Perfect location

My 10 yo, myself, and our small dog stayed for 2 nights for a soccer tournament. The location was great! Walkable to all the shops and the beach. The apartment was a great size for the 2 of us and very clean. The beds were comfortable and even though we’re right next to the bars and restaurants noise was not an issue. The only issue I had did not concern the property Itself. There is not a lot of grassy spots close by so I had to drive my dog to a different location to use the bathroom. If your dog is not super picky like mine then it is a very pet friendly spot to stay!
