「Die Zimmer waren mittelmässig sauber 2 Lampen funktionieren nicht. Kommunikation ist schlecht Umgebung, total ungepflegt. Viel Verbesserungspotenzial」

「Breakfast was good. Parking was adequate. Restaurant was good. Staff was good, including the restaurant. It’s in the middle of the midieval town, which was built on the rock cliffs. The river runs in the middle of the town, and there is a low level bridge at tge hotel to walk to a park across the river. We stayed here in early May, and the day we were there, the bridge was partially flooded. But the next morning the bridge was dry. The road bridge is way above, and never floods, so no worries....

「Very cute and nice for the price. We stayed in room 2. The restaurant wasn't open at the time we were there but I could see that it was quaint. Since we were foreigners I wish that the mistress would have warned us to be at the restaurants in St Pierre de Chartreuse at 7pm. They only took food orders for 1 hour. Luckily there was an actual saint there who saw us being rejected at 8:20pm and knew a place 20 minutes away that he secured a late reservation for us or we would not have eaten that...

「This hotel marketed itself as being available and we booked a room at 6 PM and received a message that a code needed to be entered to access the building. When we arrived late at night, the place was totally dark…although the code worked to get into the building, the machine that was to dispense a key to us for the room was completely nonfunctional, and we had to book alternative accommodation. The hotel refused to reimburse us for failing to provide us with a room and knowingly took our cash...
