You will also be conveniently located for easy day and evening trips to the charming nearby village of Fontana-On-Geneva-Lake, a popular destination for tourists and locals alike with its boutique shopping, numerous eateries, and outdoor recreation experiences. You won’t have to worry about who can care for your fur baby while you’re away, as they’re invited to come along as well!

The home’s interior is classically designed with nautical-inspired touches throughout. The soothing neutral tones will put you immediately at ease, making you feel right at home among the comfortable furnishings. Relax your mind and your feet in the cozy living room where a plush sofa and loveseat invite you to lie back and stream all of your favorites on the large, mounted smart TV. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and deck access.

Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, twin trundle, smart TV, and deck access.

The home also includes a full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Golf cart is available approximately May-September. Renter will be required to sign an additional agreement before being given access to the golf cart key.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
• Pet friendly! An additional daily fee of $35 per pet will be included upon booking. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 6 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate.
