The airport bus was not v enough. End up only my sons can get in with the luggages but my husband and I have to take a taxi to the terminal. The staff at the check in counter is ok but not v welcome. Room the 2 bed rooms is spacious but the room is very dark. Amenities are very good with toothbrushes ...

They basically has no bell boy service, only the time they helped us was after we checked in, our luggage sent to our room by them. And it is a meeting hotel, so for individual customer there is lack of service. And the hotel location is a bit far from the center tourist attraction
