「Great property, loaded with every convenience and very clean. Great location in San Clemente. The only disappointment was the limited beach access due to the sea wall damage that was under construction. But you can still get down to the water just a bit longer of a walk.」

「It was overall a good experience. It was located within 2-3 miles of every location we were visiting. Trader Joe’s is a few blocks away as well as several good restaurants. It was clean and had adequate kitchen and laundry needs. The coffee pot is drip in case someone wants to know about Keurig. There is a good blender for smoothies. 「We had such a lovely stay! The condo is gorgeous and the views can't be beat. You are walking distance to Moulin and the new food court which both have wonderful food and beverage options and of course, close to North Beach. Peter and Cathy were great hosts. Cathy was really responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend!!」
