It was grubby with a tiny plastic cubicle for a shower (that worked well ). Area was uninspiring with clubs advertising women and bouncers on the doors ... (unusual in Japan). Car parking was good and the staff were helpful. Water was never replaced. Functional and meh.

The dining hall and breakfast buffet were great! Roten buro and the large inside furo were excellent and clean.
