Dayton Forest Field Park Hotels

"The hotel failed to meet the services we paid for. We tried to rectify this situation with the staff, but they didn’t want to compromise so I’m leaving this rating. We stay for 3 nights and no room service or laundry was provided. After the first time we went to the desk and reported our room was not cleaned to include emptying trash and providing clean towels. The staff made excuses and struggled to find appropriate towels. The ones provided were more like “rags”. The small ones with a blue stripe down the middle. We also needed another pillow because the ones provided were like a thin throw pillow. 3 equaled 1 bed pillow. Then again the second day the exact same thing happened with our room, trash, and towels. When we asked for me we were told by the staff that they had no more!! What?? More excuses of why our room wasn’t attended to. Once we told the staff our towels are in a pile on the floor he hesitated and said “well I guess I’ll have to get something out of another room”. There are no clean towels because they don’t provide this service obviously and they are laying in all the rooms. Unacceptable!!!! We asked to be reimbursed for a 1 night stay not all 3 but they refused and again blamed everything on housekeeping. This place is a dump and don’t spend your hard earned money on a place that will not hold up their end. By the time we left we had 3 days worth of towels in the bathroom and overflowing trash onto the floor. Completely unacceptable!"

"The reason why I am giving this hotel a bad rating is because the pool and hot tub were both disgusting and 2 of our kids got skin issues because of it. My one son is covered in sores all over his stomach and some of his back. My other son had both eyes with sores on them that were painful. It was awful! As far as breakfast goes, it was pretty good except the pancake machine was broken. The rooms were pretty clean overall. "

"Room was immaculate and the entire staff was very professional. *only downside was other guest were loud and had enough nerve to sit outside smoke and play loud music until 11pm. Not a reflection on the hotel overall but what an inconvenience to other guests. "

"Great location. Property was nice, had a couple of staff that was rude, but most was extremely helpful and nice. "

"Beautiful and well maintained home in a nice area of town. Our family enjoyed walking around the local shops. Check in process was extremely easy and the host was very responsive. "

"I am commenting on this stay and not the house. There was some water damage that was in repair and not available after booking however, Letrice called and gave me an update and sent me other portions to stay at. She put us in a 2 bedroom apartment that was super convenient to lots of restaurants and areas that we needed to get to. Communication was top notch! Letrice had just gotten her wisdom teeth removed and was on top of everything. Thank you for everything!"
