- Max Occupancy - 6 people day or night - No Drop-in Guests - We are in an HOA
- Parking: Accommodates up to 3 cars-1 in the gravel area in front of the fence, 1 next to the fence, & 1 in front of the separate garage
- Pet Policy: $100 Dog Fee per Dog - Yard is fully enclosed (Dogs may not be left at the home unattended unless quietly crated)
- Quiet Outside Hours 9PM - 9AM - County Ordinance
- NO PARTIES - No Large Gatherings in an HOA
- NO Smoking of any substances in the home - exterior smoking is restricted to paved areas
