So far, for me, Forno is the best location, and I plan to stay there again because of the scenery, its proximity to the beach and City Center, and the property manager, Filipe, who understands how important customer satisfaction is. As a New Yorker, customer satisfaction is very important to me. Filipe, thank you for making my stay memorable, and a big thank you to the rest of the staff. "

"Absolutely superb stay. The rooms, common spaces, pool, loungers, and restaurant were all top notch. The service rivaled some of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. It felt like every time I left the room, I came back to it having been made up or turned down. The concierge services were extremely helpful, and the food at the restaurant was amazing for all meals of the day including the complimentary breakfast which was delicious and served at generous times. I cannot say enough positive words. They even had a to-go bag for me when I departed early in the morning! The location itself is perfect, can walk to anything important in Buzios, yet it is quiet and has stunning views from every corner."
