“The two front desk ladies I spoke with, Tanya and Amanda, seemed to know nothing. Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in……

“Typical motel shower that drained slowly, leaving me standing in a couple inches of water. Very put out about that condition. Breakfast very ordinary and below expectations.”

“The property is beautiful, front desk was professional, breakfast was great. The room was a different story. The curtain must be completely open otherwise the ac blows straight up into the very large voluminous curtain and not into the room at all. The bed is a lowrider about a foot off the ground and the mattresses are set inside some kind of roomy wooden box atop a nest of old hair and dead bugs. The mattresses are like blankets on cardboard. The complimentary makeup remover was bone dry. Room……

“The indoor pool was only open from 8pm-10pm they said due to heat. But it was only 88-90 degrees. Which made the outdoor pools to be overly crowded.”
