Fantastic place to stay.

We had a great time staying in this home. Great location. Close to everything. The house is so cozy and welcoming. We enjoyed the hot tub and the living space. The house was super clean which is the number one thing I look for. We had a great time and plan to be back in a few months.

Beautiful Property

This vacation house was lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view of trees and the Noyo River enhanced our stay. Fort Bragg businesses and restaurants are only a very short drive away. There was plenty of room for 6 of us. However, there is a shortage of silverware, and the king-size bed in the master bedroom is too firm.

The home was just as described and very clean. It was very quiet, with a great view. Within in a minute of going outside, deer appeared. Would stay here again.

Fort Bragg's Most Peaceful Stay

We loved this gem above the river...our favorite so far! Quiet, clean, well appointed, comfortable beds and fabulous gas stove and wonderfully private hot tub. Short drive to all Ft Bragg has to offer. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful property

The home was lovely. Clean, nice furnishings, everything worked. We were cold the first morning because we couldn't get the furnace to work but after messaging the manager we found out we had to use the wall units as the original furnace was broken. Then it was ok.The drain line clogged on a Friday night late. I couldn't get hold of the manager so we called a plumber and were able to find one who came out within 30 minutes and got things operational again. The manager was very apologetic and refunded some money for our trouble. We weren't angry, these clogged line things happen and I'm just glad we could find a plumber willing to come out. The hot tub was really nice and we used it daily. It holds 4 adults. The last night had clear skies so I was able to watch the stars come out. The view of the river was really nice and even though the house was near other houses, I felt like we were isolated. It was a very quiet location. My 92 year old mom and 89 year old aunt were with us and the house was very accessible for them. A couple of steps to get in the house and a few steps to go to the backyard. The house itself was all on one level. They used the main bedroom which had a walk in shower which was perfect. I recommend the Noyo River Grill. Beautiful view and delicious food. I had the crab linguini. Being from a small town in Utah where we don't recycle garbage, it would be nice to have a list of what goes in each garbage can.All in all I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and secluded

Our family of six enjoyed our stay at this Fort Bragg rental. The rental is located on a private road down a narrow street, with neighbors very close by; however, the location was incredibly quiet. The house was clean, minus a few minor things (bathroom floor, washing machine & dryer). The furnishings and linens are of good quality. The kitchen is dated, but perfectly functional. I did not realize that Mendocino County has a mice problem and that all food should be kept in the fridge. The house also had ants on the kitchen table, but not an excessive amount. The view of the river was lovely.

Lovely stay

This house had everything we needed for a great stay on the Mendicino coast. It's in town, but on the edge so you're back deck looks over the Noyo River and sitting there in the hot tub on the deck is a beautiful experience. The house was clean, well provisioned and just right for our group of 5.

Beautiful View

We had a lovely stay at this property and truly enjoyed our time on the Mendocino Coast! The home is comfortable and reasonably well appointed and the view is wonderful. A couple of things that don’t necessarily detract from the rating, but would be things I would want to know before staying here:- Kitchen is reasonably well appointed and adequate for basic meals. You can definitely make it work. Kitchen utensils, pans, etc. are average quality and a bit of a hodgepodge. - In the cooler months, heating is a bit wonky (mini splits in main living area and master, furnace (?) for other bedrooms) and you will need to be pretty proactive to maintain a comfortable temperature. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to a repeat stay for a future visit.

Nice, But..

Cheerful house, nice view through wires, somewhat odd neighborhood, lots of deer. No heat first day, but manager scrambled to get fuel into tank. Convenient to downtown, Mendocino. No instruction on how to lock the door when leaving. Kitchen well furnished - except for forks - there were only 5; fortunately there were only five of us.

Exactly as Advertised!

The property was amazing, exactly as advertised. We had an amazing stay, extremely relaxing, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views of the Noyo River and wildlife. We had morning coffee with the deer and afternoon of watching the Beavers play in the river. 10/10 would recommend and we would most definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

4 older women there to take a 2 day mosaic class

The home was great. Loved the veiw and spa. Great to come back to after a day of doing art. We saw lots of deer and really enjoyed that too. The home is very comfy.
