「The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was great. The room did not look clean aside from fresh linen. There were fingerprints and marks on the fridge, tables and mirrors. The ice bucket lid was absolutely disgusting. They were great for accommodating people with pets, but I had to wash my hands constantly after touching anything in my room. The curtains also had food stains on them. So great staff and accommodations but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to...
