「They dont come in to freshen up the room. They dont replace used towels or cups. They dont come in and make up the beds. They charge extra for weekends (we werent told that when we booked the room). They tacked on $100 for incidentals when there werent any. The guy at the front desk acted like he didnt no anything.」
