「When we arrived, our hotel room had a weird smell. The bathroom smelled like vomit. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in our bathroom for a family of 6 for two nights. There was absolutely no conditioner in the shower, and the sofa bed was broken. Whoever cleaned/prepared our room did a terrible job!」

「We chose this hotel because we needed a two-bedroom suite for our family. My Expedia confirmation clearly showed a two-bedroom suite, but when we arrived, the hotel told us they only had us booked into a one-bedroom. They said it was an Expedia issue and that there was nothing they could do because they didn’t have any two-bedroom suites available. Unfortunately, this meant our kids had to sleep on the pullout couch instead of having their own bedroom, which was the entire reason we booked this...

「Typical Hampton - nothing special. Refreigerator in room was not cooling, so I reported it.」

「This is a lovely bed and breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was luxurious and comfortable. There is alot of attention to lttle details including high end toiletries as well as coffee and tea choices. Very close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend!」

「Rude front desk person, the room was filthy and had bugs. The door locks were both broken. Room on the ground floor, next to pool and no other rooms. Smelled too. Asked the front desk for a different room because I felt unsafe in a ground floor room with no lock. She said there were no other rooms. Asked for a refund and she said tough luck. Horrible service and hotel」
