Fast internet with a 1 Gbps Xfinity connection and a backup 1 Gbps AT&T connection in the neighboring building. Ethernet ports are available.



Parking and groceries

Free off-street parking for 1–2 cars is directly in front of the building. A full-size Publix grocery store is just one block away.



Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking.



Heated pool

The pool heater operates year-round from 8am to 8pm. A thermostat turns it on whenever the water temperature falls below 84°F.



The water won’t feel hot like a hot tub. It may feel slightly chilly at first, but most people find it comfortable after getting in. The pool loses heat overnight, so mornings are cooler. The heater can raise the water temperature approximately 1°F per hour. On the coldest days, the water may not reach 84°F, even by the end of the day.



Pool and garden maintenance

The pool technician visits 2–3 times per week to clean the pool, check the pump and heater, and balance the chemicals. Lawn and garden maintenance takes place every 7–10 days.



Service and maintenance professionals need access to the property and private outdoor areas during your stay and may come at any time. Their schedules depend on the weather and other clients, so we cannot predict or announce arrival times in advance.



Babies: every unit has a pack-n-play, and a highchair is available on request.



All of our TVs (in all units) are 4K Smart TVs (mostly Samsung). They have apps preinstalled for Netflix, HBO, etc, and you can sign on to your own streaming accounts. We do not, however, have cable. Local channels are very limited.



Coffee: We provide a Keurig coffee maker and four coffee pods for the first morning. We no longer provide a drip/filter coffee maker.



Beach gear: We provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide beach umbrellas, but you can rent them at some beaches. We do not provide snorkeling gear.
