Nice hotel on the beach…..food at the various venues was good.. FYI…an 18% surcharge is automatically applied to each purchase at the bars and restaurants ….also a resort fee of $45 + tax is applied to your bill every day..

Room was mostly clean, lamp and nightstand had a film of dirt /stickiness and ac in room was not working upon arrival ( they quickly fixed it) it runs loud. Not much for resort like qualities. Can use the beach chairs but must pay extra for an umbrella or cabana bed use. Staff were nice some more than others were helpful. No microwave in the room. Beds were comfortable!

I loved the hotel, the location, the amenities, and the staff. On the day of my checkout, they stored my luggage, and I was still able to enjoy the amenities until later in the day, which I really appreciated. The only thing I can complain about is the humidity in the room—it was extremely high and felt unhealthy.
