Mini split ac, ceiling fan, desk for lap top & chair, wall mounted drop-leaf table and stools for dining, comfy sofa, FREE Wi Fi, Smart/ Sling TV, beach chairs /umbrella provided.
    Located literally 80 steps to beautiful ocean water, beach, delightful broadwalk FREE PARKING SPACE inside the condominium , paid washers/dryers in building. The comfort of your home away from home all contained in a clever layout. You have a sleeping and living room all in one. The kitchenette for light cooking is in a separate space as is the bathroom .Drop leaf table & stools for dining, desk and chair. Towels, linens, silverware, dinnerware, beach chairs,umbrella. paid washers/dryers in building,
    free designated parking space. Recently renovated large swimming pool.But best of all you'll be a 30 second walk away from beautiful ocean waters, beach, delightful broadwalk.
    Hollywood Beach is truly a vintage Florida beach town. You're transported to another place and time by the architecture of its buildings so very nicely preserved! It really is a hidden gem...embraced by white sand beach, aqua colored ocean water.The 2.5 mile broadwalk is among the top rated boardwalks in the USA.

This is a bargain for the location. Very clean and set up nicely. Loved the decor. Sonia was excellent with communication- even though I asked questions that were clearly written in the description…lol. The parking spot was a bonus. I will definitely rent again!

It’s a perfect spot if you are planning on being active throughout your stay and using to just crash and burn at night. I spent two full days at the beach and three nights for sleeping and it served its purpose perfectly for me.

Fun Studio to stay in

Perfect studio for 2 people. Near the beach and all the shops and food/bar places. Walked everywhere, so the location is wonderful.

Loved it was so close to beach. I have problems walking and it was close enough for me to see 8 beautiful sunrises. Loved my stay. Also has beach chairs and umbrella for beach. Would recommend
