Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
When I arrived at the original property listed on my Vrbo app, it was already occupied. I was shocked, embarrassed, and concerned to find strangers inside the unit I had reserved weeks in advance.The replacement property was just as bad. All the water had a urine-colored tint, visible in the sinks. The shower had no door, and water flooded the bathroom floor with no proper drainage. Sinks drained slowly and backed up, making cleanup impossible.Wi-Fi didn’t work upon arrival, delaying important online tasks. The property management was difficult to deal with, and communication was poor—we felt disregarded and disrespected as paying guests.At 7 a.m., the front yard sprinklers were still running, flooding the lot and soaking our Class A uniforms as we left for a meeting.Completely unprofessional and chaotic—avoid this property.
