Welcome to our BEACHFRONT COMPLEX at Atlantic Terrace ON Pompano Beach We are located at 3401 N.E. 10th St. Pompano Beach 33062. We have 7 different condos available for nightly, weekly, & monthly rentals RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

***WE WOULD LIKE TO BE VERY TRANSPARENT BY TELLING YOU THAT THERE IS MAJOR CONSTRUCTION GOING ON NEXT TO US. THEY ARE BUILDING A 22 STORY LUXURY HIGH RISE. THEY WILL BE DONE WITH ALL OUTSIDE WORK BY JULY 2024 AND ONLY WORKING ON THE INSIDE WHICH SHOULD CUT DOWN ON MOST OF THE NOISE FROM THE CONCRETE TRUCKS. ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS WILL BE IN AND THEY WILL BE DOING INSIDE WORK. MOST OF OUR GUESTS ALL SEASON HAVE NOT BEEN BOTHERED BY IT, BUT A FEW WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE NOISE. WE FEEL IF THIS IS SOMETHING THAT MAY BE BOTHERSOME TO YOU,, YOU MAY RECONSIDER BOOKING WITH US AT THIS TIME. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR COMPENSATION FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION ISSUES THAT THE CITY OF POMPANO ALLOWS. You may read our recent reviews if you are undecided.

This Studio is 400 sq. ft. and located on the 3rd floor. We have an elevator. All of our units are Very clean & well kept. This unit has 2 beds that can comfortably sleep 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 small children. There is a queen size Serta memory foam mattress on the Queen size murphy bed & a full size futon sofa/bed. Nice linens provided.
The unit has a blender, toaster coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/board, Beach chairs, and beach towels. We also have free wifi. This unit has a 42" flat screen with cable. We have a heated pool which steps down to our private beach area where you will find a grill, loungers, chairs, & tables.
We have rented our condos through VRBO/HomeAway for over 15 years now and have provided excellent service to our renters. We have many happy and many return guests.
We have our own condo manger, Steve who lives close to the complex and a maintenance staff available for any concerns you may have during your stay.

This fantastic Complex is RIGHT ON THE BEAUTIFUL POMPANO BEACH! This condo is a very clean & sanitized for your comfort and provided with everything you need for the perfect BEACH GETAWAY!
The most popular attraction about our condo is privacy, location, cleanliness, heated pool and FREE parking right in front!
*** Our condos are all non smoking.
Each condo has 1 parking space next to the building. We are sorry, but there are no additional parking spaces for visitors.
*** We strive to make each & every guest enjoy their stay! We are a more private complex. So for the comfort of all of our paying guests, Atlantic Terrace DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES or visitor gatherings at our pool or private beach area. These areas are for our paying guests only. You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent this property. We are sorry, but we do not rent to spring breakers.

There is a lot of construction going on in the Pompano area & next to us. If you think this would be bothersome to you, maybe reconsider Pompano Beach.
