Good location to Hollywood beach. Very nice neighborhood. Spacious 2 bedroom with outdoor area and yard.

Although the property pictures looked nice, it was different in reality. All the furniture was very worn and beat up. It smelled musty and just dirty. One of the light fixtures didn’t work in the master bath. The air conditioner vents had visible large pieces of dust and dirt in them. The pullout sofa bed in the second bedroom was dusty and dirty, not something you’d want to sleep on. Sheets were not there, even though there were two extra beds. We did call and they dropped those off the next day. There was one blanket, which had visible green & brown something on it. That had not been washed. One of the bath towels had stains on it. It overall was very disappointing, we didn’t even want to stay there, but had no choice because of the holiday and availability. We left a day early because it was so icky.
