We loved the condo. Very clean and well furnished.

The property was very peaceful and being on the Intercoastal was the added attraction. We were glad of opportunity to stay there and would recommend it to everyone.

Perfect weekend in the perfect place

Exactly as described and just a perfect little spot with great amenities. So many little details that make a VRBO great (things like touch lamps on bedtables with great plugs) and just a beautiful view and spot we enjoyed so much. If you are considering staying here, don't think twice.

Best stay

From the moment I booked everything was great and easy. We did not even need a car for our stay because everything was so close to the condo. We loved that umbrella, coolers and chairs were available for us. Its was the perfect place for us and our childrens. They enjoye the pool while we bbq and have a drink. Thanks again, we will come back.

Intercoastal Peace

The property was perfect. Beautiful, convenient location, spacious clean rooms, quality appliances and amenities. One of the best Vrbo spots we have come across. K was a great host, the descriptions and all of the great raving reviews, are spot on. We enjoyed laying by the clean warm pool and watching the yachts go by. The walk to the beach was very short. The walk into town and pier were enjoyable. We would love to vacation here again and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year 2024!

We had a wonderful holiday week at Kanda Zen! The condo was spotless and perfectly decorated. The furniture, kitchen and baths were all updated and matched the photos as advertised. Our host, K, greeted us upon arrival...the place was perfectly appointed...and had everything we needed. K was so kind and helpful...he was available for restaurant recommendations and any assistance. Most importantly, we will definitely return to this property. We were excited to show our friends where we were staying and we were constantly entertained by the parade of yachts down the intracoastal. Thanks K and Kanda Zen for a fabulous family vacation!

Week in September

Clean, easy and highly efficient check in and out. We had nice views on the top floor in every room. Beds were firm. Laundry room was stocked and fast to use.

A slice of paradise in Pompano Beach!!

What an AH-mazing place!!! Kanda Zen checked all the boxes and more!! It was absolutely luxurious!!! From top to bottom, inside and out, owner Kaukuta thought of everything, right down to the smallest detail. It was delightful, peaceful, beautiful and impressive, from the moment you stepped into the unit!! Kanda Zen was super modern, extremely clean, so well decorated and very cozy and homey!! The outdoor living area makes it even more like a slice of paradise...with an amazing water view, an amazing patio and deck setup, with so many features, and beautiful palm trees at every turn!! The beach is within walking distance, as well as so many restaurants and shops at the renovated Pompano Beach complex and pier. We're beyond happy that we found Kanda Zen and have made such wonderful family memories here!! We cannot wait to come back!!! I highly recommend booking your next vacation here!!

Awesome Property

This was a great location and they've thought of everything that anyone would need. We walked to dinner most nights and they had everything we needed for the beach. It was fun watching the intercoastal waterway each day too. We'll definitely try to stay here again when we're down this way.

Great View!

This rental was so very clean, updated, convenient, and a fantastic view! It's very private yet local to the beach and other attractions. I love the on-site washer/dryer too. The owner is very accommodating and personable! I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Beautiful property!

This was a fantastic place to stay! You can watch the boats going by from every room, and there is an Iguana and some other lizards who stroll around by the dock that were fun to watch. The place is very clean and well stocked. The manager is responsive and helpful, he even mailed me a few things that I forgot in the dryer after I checked out. We will definitely stay again if we visit the area again! We had no problems with the place at all. The only challenge was getting our teenagers to abide by the 9:00 pool closing time, but once they realized that they could just walk down to the beach, since it was so close, then they were satisfied and we adults had some quiet time with the place to ourselves.

Wonderful clean fun area

We had an amazing time! The property and location were everything we wanted. We stayed in apartment 5 on the second floor overlooking the pool and waterway. All kinds of boats go by all day long, so fun to just sit and watch. The owner TRULY cares about his property and his guests. The on-site laundry was a major plus for me (we had clean clothes going home). Watching the iguanas walk by the pool was neat to see. The Pompano Beach area is perfect! Not too busy but not too quiet. We went to a few local restaurants and bars all of which we loved! We did not have a bad meal anywhere. We did get a few groceries at the Publix as well. All kitchen appliances were up to date and worked well. We also rented a boat for a few hours and toured the inter coastal waterway. We truly had a blast and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!

So relaxing

Perfect location. Short walk to the beach with a crossing at a fairly busy road. The beach chairs provided were very appreciated. The back patio was perfect for relaxing and watching boat traffic. Pool and area around the pool were well maintained with plenty of space for everyone!!
