Fantastic lodging & location!

This was the perfect place for our group trip. The interior and exterior of the house are simply beautiful, and everyone had enough space to spread out while also enjoying time all together in the large living room. Our group enjoyed morning walks around the neighborhood, enjoying the patio, being able to walk to the beach and being in close proximity to great restaurants.

Nice clean house amazing location

Everything was great. Layout with guest house is super cute but may not work for all types of guests. House was clean and neat. Communication was great. Hoping to stay again next year.

Private Guest House, Quiet Neighborhood, Excellent Location

Very clean, cute, and quaint home, with private guest house in back yard. Perfect for families that enjoy each other but also their privacy. Small kitchenette in guest house was perfect for enjoying small breakfast and coffee in the space. Excellent location as we were 1 block away from friends that have a house in the same neighborhood. Walkable to Las Olas strip and beach area. Two small issues - Toilet in back house had plunger chain break. I fixed it twice, but entire plunger component should be replaced. Other issue was the exterior door knobs in the back house kept coming off. Needed an allen wrench to put back on and tighten, which I didn't have. One time I got locked inside and had to use a key to get out and open entry door from the outside. Called support and a handman was out with 1 hour to fix, and check / tighten all other doorknobs. Surprisingly some entry doors required a key from the inside to open, which I would think is a major safety issue in case of a fire. I know fire code in my state would not allow it. On the plus side the home was equipped with Nest smoke / CO2 detectors. Overall it was the perfect home for our family vacation, and I would book it again in a heartbeat.
