Recently remodeled condo on the beach! This is all you need for a great South Florida getaway. You will feel like a local with your own unit in The International condo building complete with all the amenities of home.

You will be assigned one parking space. (Please note, no oversized vehicles are allowed) The pool and ocean are just out your door.

*** Please note that the pool will be closed through June 28th 2024 due to a construction project at the building. ***

Disappointing. Picture was misplaced in reference of where our room really was. Showed it in view oc

Won’t stay again. Very disappointing . No view of ocean as was not even near our room, picture showed we had a side view of the room. That was a lie. Nothing interesting at all about the old style & obniiounce. Very unflattering!

Great rental for two.

This was a great rental for two right on the beach. The condo was very clean and about half way between the Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea boardwalks. Newly renovated seemed bigger than appeared. Would definitely stay again.

Remodeled unit and perfect location

This is our second time staying in the building and first time in this unit which was beautifully remodeled and the design used the space perfectly. It is small, as it is a studio apartment, but the layout utilized every square inch to its advantage. The double sinks were so nice and the kitchen well appointed so we could cook meals twice a day. The location is ideal and you can easily walk to dinner. The private beach is like your own oasis with just a few other couples and families there too. At times we actually had the beach mostly to ourselves too. The property is secure and the parking is easy. The owner was extremely good with communications. We would definitely recommend this place for your next beach trip!

Okay with caveats

We found the room clean and well appointed upon arrival. Very convenient to the beach and attractions. Condition of the unit was not super, we needed to replace light bulbs in the unit when we arrived, a shower door was missing and the HVAC unit was very, very loud. The International complex where this room was located was not clean or well maintained. Lots of yellow construction tape, unfinished projects in the pool area. Sandbags too. I don't think the reviews were accurate. Will explore other options in the future.

Perfect Location and Beautiful Beach

My daughter and I stayed at this property to celebrate her sweet 16. We stayed in the middle of August and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. The few people we ran into on the property were friendly and everyone seemed to keep to themselves. The property itself is a little older, but the location was perfect and the room was newly updated and clean. The only negatives were the loud air conditioner and too few towels, but we did just fine managing both. I would definitely stay at this property again. The owner was also very polite, informative, and always quick to respond.

Short Getaway

Location right on beach. Very nice pool area and friendly residents. Our unit nicely remodeled. Check in easy. Plenty of storage and everything worked properly. Could use more than one tsp/coffee spoon and a 1-2 qt. pan would come in handy. Communication with management/owner excellent. Thank you for an enjoyable getaway. Canadians still fleeing winter weather in May! lol
