Weekend family getaway

This place was clean and well set up We enjoyed sitting out on the patio area. Was too cold to use the pool. Location convenient to shopping. Quiet neighborhood.

Great property. Great location.

The property was as advertised on the listing. The owner provided details instructions for how to use everything in the house. It was much appreciated. It was a great location for the purpose of our trip. Wish we had stayed a few days longer, so we could have enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

My only concern was initially we were given 2 sets of towels per room to a 2 week say. Since we didn’t have anyone else with us, we were able to use them. The towels certainly weren’t brand new so I don’t know if they thought we might take them. I loved the fact that the pool was cleaned 2 times weekly which was wonderful. . Very convenient location. Host was very responsive

Fernando was fantastic throughout the entire process. The house is beautiful—just a short 10-minute drive to the beach and only 3 minutes from Publix.The fenced-in, in-ground pool was a great feature, especially if you’re traveling with kids or pets. One section of the fence was down, but we were told it would be repaired. They even had small utensils available for young children, which was a thoughtful touch.We had zero issues during our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Exactly what we were looking for

We loved the house. It had everything we wanted including a great outdoor patio with more than enough seating and a spacious pool. The main bedroom shower was huge! Everything we wanted to do was conveniently located near the property. My wife can be picky and she had nothing bad to say. We'll stay there again.

Great, quiet stay!

Booked this property to stay close to family when we traveled with our dogs. It was clean, well maintained, and located in a nice neighborhood. Management was prompt in sending a service tech out when we called about a noise the air handler was making. One call-out specific to us: we also traveled with our elderly parents. The large, easy entry shower was nice, but know there are no handles or support. My Mom had a bit of a learning curve figuring out how she could safely navigate around on the soapy tile.We would definitely return to the property the next time we visit!

Stayed with my family and 3 small children. 2y twins and 6 month old. The place was perfect for us. They provided us one height chair and pack n play which made traveling just that much easier. The house has everything you’ll need. It’s clean -actually nicer than the pictures even. & the pool was beautiful and was safe for the kids. They provided pool floats and pretty much all you’ll need for the beach (beside a cooler) The only 2 issues we had was the master shower randomly had a really foul smell coming from the drain that maintenance came out for once, and the second time we just followed what he did the first time and clean out with fabulouso. The second issue was that there is only one tv in the house and it was kind of slow responding which stunk when we wanted to watch a movie at night it would jump around and not respond correctly. Other wise property was 10/10. Short drive to the beach and local to restaurants and groceries, we enjoyed our time there

Nice house

House was nice. Good WiFi. More room to park more than two cars. Negative: difficult check in. Did not have the information sent to PMI pre-checkin and security. Forced to send picture of my credit card, even though the security deposit was charged prior to check-in. Did not get door code till after 4pm. Microwave did not work. Main shower did not drain well. Pool difficult to use or sit by because of screen fence tightly around pool. I was required to take the trash cans to street.
