No trash cans in a room or in bathroom, no mirrow in a bathroom. Huge bug been found infront of the bathroom door. Rooms are not being cleaned every day. Smell of smoke in the room.

This place was AWFUL!!! Dirty, outdated, and full of disrespectful people that are living there, BLARING their music ALL hours of the night. They woke my 5 year old up at 5:30 in the morning with the unbelievably loud music. The pool was disgusting... full of random things floating in it. Not in a good area. I paid over $300 for this room for one night, and have never been so scared to stay overnight in a hotel.

Even though I reserved a non smoking room, the room reeked of smoke. It was unbearable to even breathe. I woke up with a heavy cough and it’s continued through the week. For $350 a night, I was expecting better quality of room. Instead, I felt like I stayed at a Motel 6. The interior design of the room was as is I was in the 1970s; old furniture, book mattress stiff as a board. I was not at all impressed.

Comfortable place furniture in room needs updating and TV didnt work. Room has little kitchen microwave but no dishes or glasses. Dont know if you have to order them for your room but wasnt asked. Pool area and outside arond pool nice but half lounge cha I rs broken.

The service desk person that did my check in was rude and not friendly at all. And I get to the room and it’s ran down. Will not be back here. Tv would shut off by itself. The lamps did not work in the room. Wish I could get a full refund. Beware.

This is the first time that I have ever left a poor review for lodging! With that being said, this was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at being on a vacation! For starters it’s not in a very good neighborhood, although close to the Hollywood strip and not far from the beach. The room had no place to put garbage… the key barely worked half the time. The chairs by the pool were dirty and worn out!! There were some shady folks hanging around, smoking weed, etc. The money I paid was so not worth it!! In my opinion, they stole money from me!! This place was absolutely filthy!! I could go on, but why… they need to tear it down and start from scratch!!! BUYER BEWARE!! My best friend usually goes to Florida with me and I know his sentiment is the same as mine!!

Avoid if at all possible. You check in at very shabby looking lobby looking at the associate though a protective glass like a jail inmate visit. The motor court is tiny and the parking lot, if you are driving is, well, scary looking some overhead lights as the neighborhood seems like somewhere where ICE may visit only to find more US citizens. There is no bell men/women. Good luck if you have heavy luggage. There is no elevator and the stairways are exposed to the elements with cement walls - careful with your clothing. Once inside, smell of mold and mildew, perhaps years of noisy AC dust greets you along with fluorescent overhead lights and thinnest of blankets. There is one tiny soap for both shower and wash basin - pick if you gonna take a shower or just wash your hands. Only two large towels here. No hand towels or face towels. The closet doesn’t have doors and the entry door doesn’t have a chain lock or it’s missing the end of chain - security risk, especially in this neighborhood. The WiFi is super fast though.

First, the good news. The lady working the front desk was extremely awesome and helpful! The first room we were assigned had a mosquito problem in it so we were moved to another room, which was clean and mosquito free. The place is dated, but kept up pretty well. It is in what we would consider to be a very questionable part of town. There were many blue lights seen up and down the road the hotel is on when we were driving to the casino a few miles up the road.

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It was so disappointing that my wife and I spent less than an hour in the room before going to a concert that night and we both agreed we would rather drive back home during the night than sleep in that room. Lamps did not work, outlet by the bed didn’t work, part of the inside lock was missing from the door, only two bath towels, no hand tools, no wash cloths. Three very small square pillows on the bed. My wife used some of her clothing to walk on in the bedroom so she didn’t have to step on the floor then threw it away afterwards. Paid $300 for a room used less than an hour to get ready to out. Prices were over $500 if booked that day when I don’t think we could have stayed there at $50. Dropped the room key off at front desk at 1 am and spent the night driving instead of sleeping.
