Welcome to the Seahorse Ranch a perfectly appointed 3BR/2BA heated pool home less than 2 miles to the beaches, downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas Blvd. Wilton Manors and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Guests will enjoy the tropical backyard, covered patio and BBQs.

Welcome to the Seahorse Ranch, a spectacular 3BR/2BA pool home, enjoy this tropical oasis with beautifully appointed outdoor spaces.

Our lovely neighborhood of South Middle River borders Wilton Manors, downtown Fort Lauderdale, Flagler Village and the NE 13th Street corridor which boasts award-winning breweries and Milk Money Restaurant & Bar. Our home is perfectly situated making it easy and convenient for all your traveling needs. We are less than 2 miles to the beaches via Sunrise Blvd. It will approximately take 10-15 minutes drive by car. Uber or Lyft is our recommended ride share apps and it will cost $8-12 on average to any point of interest. The Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is only 7 miles from our home.

Our house features a comfortable living area with flat screen smart TV that offers guests HULU & other smart TV apps, there is no cable but HULU has live TV. We also provide high-speed internet. There are two full bathrooms one of them with a standup shower the other with a shower and tub. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet with washer and dryer free of charge for you to use during your stay. The other bedroom features a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed with bunk beds. In the living room the sofa also doubles as a sleeper.

Our favorite part of our home is the outdoor living space which is a nice shaded patio off the kitchen and features outdoor furniture, barbecue grill and of course a beautiful pool. **please note, the pool IS heated and usually set to 85 degrees**. we have a big driveway which will fit 2 to 3 cars comfortably there is no street parking.

We welcome you to enjoy our beautiful home with its gorgeous tropical gardens, outdoor living area, and sparkling pool.

We try to stick to our preferred 4PM check-in time and 10AM checkout, however, we are happy to work around your travel itinerary to make sure your trip is stressed free and easy from start to finish. If you require different times, simply send us a message and let us know.

Upon arrival we will provide you with instructions on how to gain access to the keys. If you plan to travel with more than three vehicles please make sure to discuss it with us since street parking is not allowed.
We encourage you to enjoy our home as if it was your own, so please get comfortable and ready for ultimate relaxation during your time in Fort Lauderdale. You are provided everything you need for day-to-day living in a home from a stocked kitchen, bathing necessities, fresh bathroom towels, bedroom linens, and additional blankets. High-speed Internet and smart TV app access are provided, free laundry and a barbecue grill.

The Sea Horse Ranch is a short walk to NE 13th St. where you will enjoy bars and restaurants, breweries, juice bar, and bakeries. It is also 1.5 miles to downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Blvd where you can enjoy culturally diverse cuisines, world-renowned art galleries, luxury shopping boutiques and entertainment for all ages. Fort Lauderdale Beach is less than 2 miles from the property. We are close proximity to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood international airport, Miami international airport, and downtown Miami. The Florida Keys are an easy Day trip. Fort Lauderdale has so much to offer and this relaxing vacation home is centrally located in the heart of it all.
