Family Time

My 3 sisters and their husbands stayed with us at this house. Beautiful home and neighborhood. We loved visiting Ft Lauderdale and the area. Had a Great time.

Exceptionally good

We were a party of five attending a trade show in the area. Spacious bed rooms and bathrooms were clean and well functioning. Living areas were spacious with modern looks and good quality materials had been used in construction, kitchen well equipped. Outdoors a gas grill next to warm swimming pool were a very nice bonus. Given the opportunity we will consider coming back!

Family vacation

We had a great time here! House was very clean and great layout for all 9 of us. Pool was heated as stated. The lounge chairs were not the ones shown in the picture though, they were not the same quality. The house was super close to the beach and shopping. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Would suggest maybe more bath and kitchen towels as well. All in all had a fun vacation here and would definitely come back.

Many times listings are not what they seem or may be in a bad neighborhood but not this residence. Very large, clean and we'll maintained. We had no issues during our stay and the hosts even let us have oxygen delivered a day early for our elderly mother. Thanks Hollywood Vacation Rentals!

Great property

The property was great! Amenities top notch.we loved that it was all one level. The pool was fantastic and warm. The management was EXTREMELY responsive. Very close to Hollywood Beach with reasonable parking, and a state park. Close to many grocery stores and golf courses. We went to the horse track, very fun. We were a family of 7 adults who love to cook. The only drawback is the kitchen does not have everything a cook needs, it we worked it out. Enjoy!

The house looks like the pictures . Very roomy for a group of 8. There were some issues that were taken care of quickly. The house does smell of stale cigarettes especially in master bathroom. Has that party house smell . Mold in 2 bathrooms. one towel , washcloth and hand and pool towel per person. So you will do laundry often for clean towels. Back patio needs roof repair it leaks onto everything. The pool is roughl on feet bring swim shoes .

Your home was perfect and amazing, comfortable close to grocery store and food not bad too south beach I really enjoyed myself! Thank you so much! I really appreciate you allowing us to stay in your home I certainly will be looking to book again in the future I hope I left your home in a easy maintenance! Would stay there again in a heartbeat

This property is exactly how it is represented:Beautiful, quiet and serene. The house is open with plenty of room, even for a large family. Kitchen has everything you need plus a huge island. There are two primary bedrooms with luxury bathrooms. Plus, two more bedrooms with two double beds. The pool is very warm. We could not have been happier with our stay.

Wonderful Experience

My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip. Everything was as described & matched the pictures. There was enough space for all of us and plenty of bathrooms. We had everything we needed! The pool area was great as well. The host responded in a very timely manner when we had a question about something. It was very clean, which is a major plus. I would stay here again and recommend this property to those looking for a getaway in a nice residential area. The beach is also a short drive away.

Great location & home

The house was as described and very nice for a family vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and game room. The location was nice being close to the beach and other activities as well as being in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe for evening walks. Management was responsive for questions & check out process was easy.
