Amazing location, only 400 ft to the beach. Spotless clean and fully equipped. Reality is even better than the pictures, we will be back for sure.

Tropical oasis that's steps from the Beach

Bring your friends and family! This 3 bed/2 bath home was extremely comfortable! private swimming pool, a kitchen with all you need, and the beach is 30 seconds walk away. A definite repeat!

Fun Florida getaway

We had a lot of fun at this VRBO. There was space for everyone to come together, hang in the pool, or do their own thing. The house was just as pictured and was in great proximity to the beach. Best of all the property management team from Latitude Key was extremely helpful, responsive, and nice to work with. We would definitely recommend this property.

Sunny and Relaxing Retreat

My wife and two teenage daughters retreated from the Northeast to this inviting, comfortable, and clean house during the April school break. It was just the getaway we needed. The house is perfectly located steps away from the beach and a quick walk to the Hugh Taylor Birch state park, allowing us to soak up the sun and enjoy time with the beautiful and calming nature Florida has to offer. And when we weren't at the beach or walking in the park, the house welcomed us back to its nicely air conditioned and well-appointed space and lovely backyard and pool. The house is also ideally located to access all that Fort Lauderdale has to offer via a short drive - lots of great food, shopping, and fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house and are already looking forward to hopefully coming back next April break.

Gulf Stream Key

My family of five had a wonderful 16-day stay in August at the home. I’ve already shared with our friends and family how impressed we were with the property and property management, Latitude Key. The house was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the pool very much and appreciated that it was well-maintained. The location is fantastic, with the ocean just steps away. Latitude Key was very accommodating and always available to answer any questions. We will definitely return next year.

Almost Perfect. Would Stay Here Again!

All in all, the house is great. If VRBO offered the option, I would rate it 4.8 - not perfect, but really close. First, the positives. - The location was perfect for us. It is a short walk to the beach and it is a quiet part of the beach. Only a short drive to supermarket, pharmacy, and numerous restaurants. - The pool is delightful - maintained twice a week. Warm temp. - New TVs throughout the house - all with Roku sticks. - Kitchen is well equipped; plenty of dishes & cookware. - Beds, sheets, towels are great - all fresh and new. - High chair, stroller, and pack-n-play available. All in great condition. - Management company is very responsive. Opportunities for improvement. - Upon arrival the pool deck needed to be swept and there was trash on the ground outside the trash can. A maintenance person came quickly to clean up the mess. - No mitts to remove pans from the oven. The dish towels work fine except when they’re damp. - More plastic drink ware is needed: guests are asked to not use glass on the pool deck. - Bottom drawer of the tall dresser in the primary bedroom doesn’t move easily. Not a big deal, but worth addressing. - Loose grout on the stairway landing. Not a huge deal but uncomfortable under bare feet. - Screen panels in the sliding door to the pool deck regularly came off the track making them hard to move which frustrated children and adults alike. I reseated them several times per day. We had a wonderful time and would stay again!

Lovely vacation home

Spacious, spotless, comfortable. The location was perfect, 3 houses in from the beach on a very quiet dead-end street. Check in and out were a breeze- none of the usual checkout chores were required. Communication was very easy - very quick response and resolution of the one small problem we had. Would definitely stay agian.Note that there was construction at the house in back of the property when we were there. It didn't affect our stay.
