Great Stay

The place was just as pictured and perfect for me and my friends quick weekend getaway! It was a great location and was close to the airport and Publix. Would stay here again

Really liked this place! Owner was very communicative and available to answer any questions I had throughout my stay. The rental was RIGHT next to a Publix and a few other stores which made groceries and other necessities easy to get to and find. Outdoor areas were nice as well. Rental also had soap, a sponge, towels, and a few toiletries already there so it was nice to have those.

Excellent stay. I'd definitely come back.

This was an exceptionally easy transaction and the host was very friendly. The place was spotless and the beds were comfy. The only thing missing was ice trays and maybe an extra blanket.

door's hard to lock.. back door wouldn't open.. bugs in kitchen and bathroom ...living sofa hard and uncomfortable.. all the furniture is cheap cheap cheap..

Huge disappointment

Myself, husband and son stayed at this property. It was my mother-in-law’s 90th birthday and we were so excited for the trip. The property looked as posted online. But there was one great misconception… The place was infested with roaches. It only took less than an hour after our check-in for us to realize this problem. I immediately contacted Gabby the owner to inform him of this problem. He was kind and asked me did I want him to schedule an exterminator. I told him that an exterminator at this point would be a great inconvenience for me and my family. First of all, we just had arrived from a long over 3 hour flight and We did not want to leave the property because we were all exhausted! Second, Our stay was only for four days so when would an exterminator be able to come? We knew Gabby was aware of this problem because he had roach traps throughout the condo, which obviously was not working. Had my family and I been aware of this problem…we certainly would not have rented this place. Upon our exit, we was careful to shake out all of our belongings because we was terrified of bringing home roaches. I’m not happy about leaving this review, but had someone left a review like this for our family we would’ve never rented this condo.
