“This is the most terrible experience. We wait for front desk staff for almost 2 hours to check in on christmas. We were very tired at that time and had to stay at front desk. It's a horrible disaster. I'll never come here again.”

“This place was not what we expected. Such an awesome little “Oasis” in the city. Courtyard was amazing. Felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. We will definitely stay again when in the Ft. Lauderdale area. The only complaint would be no fan in the bathroom and fairly thin walls, but didn’t bother us. Parking can be somewhat tight if you have a larger vehicle. The rest of the property made up for any shortcomings. ”

Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!”

“The room is clean, but there are limited outlets. As you approach the building from the highway, you can see into the rooms and you can see mattresses stacked up against walls in some of the rooms. Make sure to get the actual shuttle because the Uber experience was negative and it cost us money on our own instead of the free shuttle as advertised. The staff is very kind. But there were mixed messages from one phone call to another around what services were available.”
